【Key Responsibilities】

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of tasks essential to the day-to-day operation of the firm;

  • Refine and improve internal business workflows;

  • Manage suppliers and related processes;

  • Lead client acquisition and service;

  • Manage and maintain relationships with brokers, exchanges and other market participants;

  • Assist with project initiation, planning, prioritization and documentation;

  • Research and analyze new markets and financial products to help drive business expansion;

  • Provide high-quality, strategic advice related to the firm's sustainable growth.

【Profile and Skills】

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management, or a technical discipline, with a strong academic record from a prestigious institution;

  • Professional experience in the financial market;

  • Great organizational abilities and attention to detail;

  • Exceptional analytical abilities and experience presenting data to assist in strategic decision-making;

  • (Optional) Prior start-up experience.
