Full Time (Shenzhen)

【Key Responsibilities】

  • Own and maintain all aspects of the firm's accounting and reporting process;

  • Coordinate the firm's financial management and internal control;

  • Optimize the firm's financial and tax systems and procedures;

  • Assist in designing and building scalable accounting processes to facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting;

  • Analyze data against business drivers to identify trends and issues;

  • Make budget analysis and provide professional advice for business development and cost control;

  • Monitor the firm's accounts and clearing results;

  • Support the firm's growth related to the launch of new businesses, legal entities or offices.

【Profile and Skills】

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting with a strong academic record from a prestigious institution;

  • Experience operating within a corporate or management accounting or reporting function;

  • Strong attention to detail;

  • Strong ability to analyze data and desire to improve processes;

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and prioritization skills;

  • (Optional) CPA license;

  • (Optional) Experience with the investment or technology industry.
